1. Definitions

3.2 Payment Account Ownership

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals will be processed only to accounts registered in the name matching your dwg99 account registration. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances, including family members or friends.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by our payment processor. 3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

3.5 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The first three withdrawals per day are processed free of charge. Additional withdrawals may incur a Rp 5.000 processing fee depending on the payment method. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status and verification level.

3.6 Currency

All transactions on dwg99 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will be performed by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate, and any associated currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

3.7 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees and enhanced due diligence. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms Acceptance

4.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions

4.5 Bonus Expiration

Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period, and any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account.

4.6 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting software vulnerabilities, collusion with other players, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

4.7 Bonus Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support before making a deposit. Once you have claimed a bonus, you cannot opt out or cancel it until the wagering requirements are met or the bonus expires.

5. Betting Rules and Policies

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing body of the respective sport. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.

5.4 Live Betting Delay

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered with a time delay to ensure fairness. Odds and markets are updated in near real-time based on event developments. We reserve the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event. Bets placed after a goal is scored but before odds are updated may be voided.

5.5 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, slot machines, and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested by independent laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Game rules, paytables, and RTP percentages are available within each game's information screen. Malfunctions void all bets and pays on the affected game.

5.6 Lottery and Togel Results

5.7 Bet Cancellation and Voiding

6. Account Closure, Suspension, and Termination

6.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity or betting activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 deducted from the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

6.4 Funds in Suspended or Closed Accounts

If your account is closed or suspended for breach of terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any funds in the account, including deposits and winnings, if those funds were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of betting rules. Legitimate funds from accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned after deducting any applicable fees.
